We are back with the ISA Certificate of Swim Instruction October intake! Yes, we heard you! September was definitely a busy period fo tertiary students due to national competitions such as the ongoing Singapore University Games or as many call it, SUniG!
This is why we shifted our intake to late October. Potential and aspiring mentors can then be given the opportunity to learn the ways of coaching swimming to develop a winning mindset in children!
If you have a passion for sports and are looking for a fruitful part-time job, then come join us! What's more, you don't need ANY experience for this. Just patience and an open heart and mind to learning. Training will be provided and you will be awarded the ISA Certificate of Swim Instruction!
Undergo a comprehensive 6 week training program
Fulfill attachment requirements of 52 hours total; practicing coaching skills
Be assessed on theory understanding & practical execution
Commit to 2 coaching sessions of 3 hrs each on the weekends
Learn as much as possible from coaches attached to & the program
Swimming Instructor Phase
Teach swimming to young children from 3 years and up
Deliver swimming lessons following the company’s teaching curriculum & lesson plans
Provide timely feedback to parents on the progress of their child
Update student logs online for tracking of student progress
Learn and share coaching skills with peer coaches
Maintain a professional image as an authority figure
Passion for sports

Fluent in English
Able to pick up technical skills quickly
Participate actively in company activities
Swimming Instructor Course
1 year bond for the training provided.
Training on Tues, Wed & Thurs 7.30pm to 9.30pm.
Theory @ International Sports Academy - Sports Hub
Practical @ GEMS World Academy - Yishun
Approximately 6 weeks, excluding attachment phase
Attachment and floating can start from 2nd week of the course.
Instructors will be awarded certification upon completion of program and attachments
